These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of claura. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you are creating an account for a minor child, you represent that you are that child's parent or legal guardian.

No affiliation
Eligibility
Accounts may only be created by adults (18+) acting as parents or guardians. Children's accounts must be set up by their parent or guardian, who must provide verifiable parental consent. See our COPPA notice for how this works.
Seasonal pass

- The current SHSAT prep season (September through October of the target year).
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after the SHSAT test date.
Ask claura (AI tutor)
Ask claura, our AI tutor, uses Anthropic's Claude API to provide Socratic guidance. By using Ask claura you separately consent to its use as described in the in-app consent flow. Tutor conversations are visible to your child's parent and retained for 1 year (see our Privacy Policy). Do not use Ask claura for anything other than SHSAT preparation.
Content accuracy
Practice questions are AI-generated and human-reviewed, but are not official SHSAT items and may contain errors. We make no warranty that our content exactly represents the current SHSAT format.
Limitation of liability
claura is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
